Custom Orthotic Assessment
Description
The doctor will take a history, do a physical examination which will include a biomechanical gait analysis and specific orthopedic tests and cast for custom orthotics. Assessment fee is included in the purchase of custom orthotics. (custom orthotic fee $485)
