First Time Visiting? 
- All new patients must get an initial assessment whether it is for Chiropractic or Acupuncture services. An assessment (health history and physical examination) is required for treatments. The doctor will take a history, do a physical examination, discuss the findings and treatment plan, and then perform an introductory treatment. Can take up to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your condition. Normally initial assessment will be within 30 minutes.

- An initial assessment is also required if you have not seen the doctor in a year or more.

New Acupuncture Complaint Assessment by Chiropractor

The doctor will take a history, do a physical examination which will include a biomechanical gait analysis and specific orthopedic tests and cast for custom orthotics.

Assessment fee is included in the purchase of custom orthotics. (custom orthotic fee $485)

Custom Orthotic Assessment

The doctor will take a brief history of your health, perform a short physical examination and measure you for your custom compression garment.

Assessment fee is included in the purchase of 2 Compression Stockings. - Knee High: $125 / Thigh High: $175 / Panty hose: $250

Compression Stocking Assesssment

First time getting a cupping massage? The doctor will ask you some questions, do some tests and discuss what cupping technique you prefer.

Chiropractic Evaluation with Cupping Modality

Relaxing or Therapeutic cupping session will be performed to help eliminate pain and enhance healing.
